Welcome to FundingWise — a platform designed to help NGOs manage supporter-led fundraising campaigns under their own brand.

By using FundingWise (“Platform”, “Service”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), you (“You”, “Your”, “NGO”, “Organisation”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be a legally registered organisation (e.g., NGO, Trust, Foundation, or Nonprofit) with the authority to accept donations and manage fundraising activity under your name.

2. Use of the Platform

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the FundingWise platform for the purpose of:

• Setting up and managing supporter-led fundraising campaigns

• Collecting donations via third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal)

• Viewing donor data, campaign insights, and managing moderation and approvals

You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform for unauthorised, unethical, or illegal purposes

• Upload or allow content that is false, harmful, discriminatory, or violates any law

• Attempt to reverse engineer or duplicate the FundingWise platform

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your organisation’s login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you.

4. Supporter Campaigns

Campaigns created by your donors, alumni, or supporters will:

• Require your review and approval before going live

• Be hosted under your organisation’s domain or subdomain

• Display your brand identity as configured by you

FundingWise is not liable for any claims made in individual campaigns unless they are officially endorsed and approved by your team.

5. Donations & Payment Gateways

All donation transactions are processed via third-party gateways selected by you. FundingWise does not hold or disburse any funds.

We are not responsible for:

• Payment failures, chargebacks, or donor refunds

• Gateway delays or platform downtimes

You are responsible for complying with financial regulations in your region related to donations and fund disbursal.

6. Fees & Billing

You agree to pay the setup and monthly subscription fees as per the pricing plan you select. We do not charge commission on donations.

Failure to make timely payments may result in temporary suspension of your portal.

7. Data Ownership

All donor and campaign data collected via your FundingWise portal belongs to you. We do not use, share, or monetise your data.

We reserve the right to aggregate anonymised data across all clients to improve platform performance and reporting.

8. Termination

You may terminate the service at any time with 7 days’ written notice. No refunds are provided for setup fees or partial-month subscriptions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access in case of violation of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

FundingWise is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or campaign performance.

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
